Eligibility Conditions for B.Ed Admission under Kalyani University :
- Candidates should be Graduate in a school subject from a recognized university.
- Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Languages.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology/ B.C.A. / M.C.A. with Science and/or Mathematics, with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are also eligible for admission.
- Fresh candidates should have at least fifty percent marks either in Bachelor's degree /or in the Master's degree in the school subject. For 'Master's Degree', courses of two years duration will be considered for scoring.
- In case of fresh Honours graduate candidates, the marks obtained in Honours subjects (school subject) will be considered.
- In case of Honours graduates in school subject if the marks in the Honours subject is less than 50% then the total marks obtained in honors and pass subjects together will be considered in calculating % age of marks and the candidates will be considered in the category of General Graduates.
- In case of General Graduates, the total marks obtained in general subjects will be considered.
