Eligibility/Qualification ::

Educational Qualification ::

Essential :
Honours degree from a recognized university or its Equivalent
or
A degree from a recognized University or its equivalent with 50% marks in Degree Examination.

Desirable :-
Passing the examination of "O Level" in Computer Application approved by A.I.C.T.E

 

Age Limit ::

Lower and upper age limits are 18 & 37 years as on 1st January, 2014. Upper age concession up to 5 years is admissible only to SC and ST candidates and up to 3 years to OBC candidates (category -A & B) of West Bengal. Such benefits are also available up to 45 years for physically Handicapped candidate.

Pay Scale/Salary ::

Pay : Pay Band – 3, Rs. 7100-37,600/- + Grade Pay Rs.3600/- plus other admissible allowances.

Application Fee & Payment Method ::

(Non refundable): An application fee of Rs. 150/-(Rupees one hundred & fifty) and processing charge of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty) along with Rs. 20/-(Rupees twenty) towards Bank Charges shall be collected through all branches of United Bank of India and deposited to A/C No. 0088050006323 vide challan generated after registration

For on-line application at our website www.mscwb.org .Such fees/ charges will be deposited after two working days of registration/ generation of challan. No application fee shall be paid by the candidates belonging to SC, ST & PH category, however processing charge of Rs.50/-plus Rs. 20/-(Rupees twenty) towards Bank Charges shall be collected from applicants belonging to SC S.T. & P.H. category in the same manner.

How to Apply ::

Application must be submitted on line through our website www.mscwb.org. After registration and completion of data submission for on-line application, a challan will be generated which will have to be printed and taken to any branch of UBI. The Bank will receive in cash the application fee and or processing charges as the case may be plus bank charges printed therein. After deposition of the fee/processing charges the application will be deemed to be submitted. SMS/E-mail alert will be sent to the registered mobile number/e-mail minimum after 2(two) working days. A candidate now in service under Central or the State Govt., semi-Government, Local/Statutory body shall have to ensure that No Objection certificate (NOC) from his/her present employer reach the office of the Municipal Service Commission within seven proceeding the date of personality test/Interview. Otherwise he/she will be considered not eligible for the personality test/interview. Last Date: - Last date for registration for on-line application is 20th March and application fee along with processing charges must be deposited by 25-03-2014.
