How do you fill Online Application of DD Entry & Login ID Generation for "General Transfer"  ??

Are you looking for Online General Transfer form Fillup ?
if yes..! then follow the steps below.

Before you Start Read The Following...

• Please make sure that you are eligible for General Transfer asper The West Bengal General Transfer Rule, 2013.
• Please keep your NOC certificate and Demand Draft Details ready.
• (NOC Issue date, DD No, DD issue date will be required)
• Please enter all the information during Primary Application to avoid REJECTION by the System.
• You must take Printout after successful submission of online form.

Step 1) ::
Open The Link : Click > for DD Entry & Generate Login ID

 

Click on "Go for Application"

Step 2) ::

Now, you need to enter the following details...

Demand Draft(DD) Number :

Put 6 Digit DD No found at bottom of a Demand Draft (Eg- 921469)

Date of Issuing Demand Draft :

Enter the date when your Demand Draft is issued. (Eg. 26/02/2014)

Issuing Bank Name and Branch :

Enter Bank Name and Branch Name (Eg. State Bank of India, Balagarh)

Name of the Candidate :

Enter your Name (Eg. PAYEL KAR)

Medium of Instruction in the Present School :

Select which medium is used for instruction in your School. (Eg. Bengali/Nepali/Urdu)

Category of Post in the Present School :

Choose your Category (Eg. General/SC/ST/PH etc..)

Gender of Post in the Present School :

Select the Appropriate Radio Button (Eg. Male/Co-Ed or Femele)

Subject in Present Post :

Enter your Subject (Eg. Honours/Pass > Subject [Subject code will appear automatically])

Name of the School :

Enter your School Name (Eg. BALAGARH HIGH SCHOOL)

Date of issuing of NOC :

Enter the date when your NOC is issued. (Eg. 27/02/2014)

After filling/verification of information provided, you need to Click on ENTER button to get your Online General Transfer form Submitted and receive UNIQUE Login ID (13 Digit). (See Image Below)

Step 3) ::

On Successful Online General Transfer form submission you must have to take print out the displayed details (Login Receipt Copy) , by clicking on  "Print The Details" button.

*** For Better Result you may take printout in Landscape/Horizantally ***

Your Online Form Submission for General Transfer Has Been Completed & You May Proceed to Next Process.
