WBPIA ITI Admission & Counseling 2014; West Bengal Private ITI Association (WBPIA) has started online Counseling cum Admission process for admission to Private Industrial Training Institutes under West Bengal. Those candidates are not getting admission in Government ITI West Bengal may register here to take admission and get chances in Private ITI. 

Important Dates / WBPIA Schedule ::

1. Registration / Choice Filling Start Date :   15-Aug-14
2. Registration / Choice Filling Ends Date :  25-Aug-14
3. Result of 1st Phase Counseling : 26-Aug-14
4. Reporting to Colleges with Allotment letter : 31-Aug-14
5. Online Reporting through panel (For Colleges) : 1-Sep-14
6. Result of 2nd Phase Counseling (If Required) : 2-Sep-14

WBPIA ITI Admission Eligibility Criteria ::

Candidates passed the requisite entry qualification from any school located within the State of West Bengal are eligible for admission in Private ITI. A candidate will be eligible for taking admission in any Institutes as per the choice(s) provided by him/her from the list of Private ITI as will be available in the website www.wbpia.net by submission of a single application form at the Institute's Help Desks/online.

• Eligibility of previously admitted/ passed out trainees from Private ITI:

Candidates previously admitted in any trade (of any Group) of a Eligibility Criteria (irrespective of completed the course or discharged from the course) shall not be eligible for admission in that particular ITI for consecutive three years from his pass out year. A trainee appeared/Passed out/ discharged from any Eligibility Criteria shall not be eligible for admission in any other Eligibility Criteria for the session starting from the next academic year. This rule shall not be applicable for admission in Advanced Module courses.

• Age limit:

Applicant should be minimum 14 years of age as on 01.08.2014. There is no upper-age limit.

• Entry qualification:

Trade courses are divided under two groups viz. E Group & M Group. Applicant can apply for Admission in any one of the above groups as per his/her eligibility. Applicant's applying for both the groups will be rejected.

WBPIA How to Apply Online?

STEP-1 A: ONLINE REGISTRATION
The eligible candidates shall apply on-line at the website www.wbpia.net under two groups viz. E Group & M Group. Candidates can apply for Admission in any one of the above groups as per his/her eligibility. Candidates applying for both the groups will be rejected. It is suggested to candidates to carry recent testimonials, scanned photograph & signature with him/her while applying on-line, so that right information may be entered. The candidates are advised to fill information carefully because after successful registration the editing regarding category/test selection/optional subject in E-Group or M-Group is not possible.

STEP-1 B: UPLOADING OF PHOTO AND SIGNATURE
it is mandatory for candidates to upload their recent colored passport size photograph and signature on the panel to complete the registration process successfully. Printing of Application form is not possible without uploading the photograph and signature. The photograph and signature must be less than 1MB in size.

STEP-2: PAYMENT OF COUNSELING PARTICIPATION FEE
After successful registration the candidates have to pay “Counseling Participation Fee through e-cash coupon of Rs. 200/-, The e-cash coupon can only be obtained from Authorized Sale Counters cum Help Desk centers. List Already on Website.

STEP-3: CHOICE FILLING
After Successful payment page should direct you on Choice Filling Form, On The left side of Screen All the choices (College Name & Branch/Trade) Click on Add. After choice filling kindly lock the choices and take print of that.

STEP-4: COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Applicants for both “M”&”E” Group of trades are to appear in separate Common Entrance Examination that is going to held at the same Date & Time. While appearing for the written examination, candidate must have the admit card.

STEP-5: RESULT
The actual result will be displayed on website as per Key Dates. The Result will be prepared state wide Rank.

Special Note ::

• If any candidate feels any difficulty in applying for Private. ITI/ITC, may take the help from the helpline (phone numbers 033-22654033,34,35,36,37, from Monday to Saturday at 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Support Center facility is also available to the candidates and the students may get their solutions.

• Candidates are advised to keep their application number and password secret. Do not disclose this information with any others, so that nobody can change your profile.

• In case of any discrepancy found in Application, Testimonial at any stage, the candidature of the candidate will be canceled without giving any intimation.

• Candidate who are already taken Admission (Session-2014-15)in Private ITI are advised not to participate in Joint Counseling.
