TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST – 2015 (UPPER PRIMARY LEVEL)

ISSUE OF ADMIT CARDS

Those candidates who do not find their photographs in their Admit Cards downloaded from official website of WBCSSC (www.westbengalssc.com) or the photograph is not visible and whose status was kept on hold on certain reasons are hereby instructed to download their Admit Card from our website (www.westbengalssc.com) and also instructed to paste stamp size coloured photographs on space provided in the Admit Card (one photograph on Commission’s portion and one photograph on candidate’s portion) and sign below the photograph. They are also instructed to carry one more stamp size coloured photograph with them which will be pasted on the attendance sheet. Candidates are required to carry photo identity proof (Voter I-Card/Aadhar Card/PAN Card etc.) in the examination hall (Venue/Examinations Centre).

Without above mentioned documents such candidates will not be allowed to sit for the examination. Candidates who have valid Admit Cards will also bring with them photo identification proof as noted above. TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST – 2015 (UPPER PRIMARY LEVEL)

ISSUE OF ADMIT CARDS

Teacher Eligibility Test 2015 (Upper Primary Level) will be held on 16.08.2015 from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

Every Valid Candidate can Download his/her Admit Card by feeding his/her 16 Digit Application ID And Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) from West Bengal School Service Commission’s Official Website(www.westbengalssc.com) on and from 25.07.2015. Information as displayed in the Online Admit Card should be treated as final. Candidates are instructed to go through the information carefully in their admit Cards and if any discrepancy is found in Name, Gender, Category and Photograph with Signature or if Admit Card is not found in WBSSC Official Website (www.westbengalssc.com) then in such cases candidates are instructed to visit in person the office of The West Bengal Central School Service Commission at Acharya Sadan, Salt Lake with relevant proper documents and Photo identity proof for rectification during office hours (11:00 am to 5:00 pm.) between 27.07.2015 and 31.07.2015 (Inclusive of both days). Beyond that correction on the above matters will not be entertained. No other mode of sending application for necessary correction will be considered.

Candidates may also download the instruction and model filled in OMR Answer sheet from the same Website (www.westbengalssc.com).

WBCSSC Upper Primary TET Admit Card ADMIT CARD Instructions 

1. No Candidate shall be allowed to enter the Examination Centre without the Admit Card and original photo I‐ card. The examination hall / room shall be opened 30 minutes before the time specified for the commencement of the examination. No Candidate who is late by more than 15 minutes shall be admitted to the examination hall / room.
2. No Candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination hall / room for first one hour. No Candidate shall be permitted to go to the toilet during the last 15 minutes of the examination.
3. No candidate shall be allowed to leave his / her seat in the examination hall / room during the examination without the permission of the Invigilator.
4. Before beginning to answer the papers, the Candidate should write/Shade his / her Roll number in the space provided in the test booklet / OMR Answer sheet and nowhere else. The Candidate should read carefully the instructions appearing on the cover page of the test booklet, OMR Answer Sheet and check that the booklets supplied to him / her is not defective and if so, may procure another copy from the Invigilator in lieu of first one. The test booklet should be checked with reference to page number, serial number of the questions and the subject offered by the Candidate in the front page of his / her admit card. Candidate should sign Attendance Sheet and Admit Card and also confirm the presence of full signature of the Invigilator in respective places.
5. Candidates should check whether Items No. 1 to 8 of the Answer Sheet (OMR) have been filled in correctly; otherwise the OMR sheet cannot be evaluated by the system of WBCSSC.
6. The candidate is instructed not to answering till the bell for commencement of the examination rings.
7. After signing OMR and Admit Card by the Invigilator & candidate, candidate has to submit the admit card to the Invigilator. The candidate shall get back his/ her portion of the Admit Card after submission of the Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator at the end of the Examination.
8. Calculators, mobile phones or any other electronic device are not allowed in the Examination hall. Any candidate found using or in possession of such device will be immediately disqualified. The devices are to be seized and handed over to you by the Invigilator.
9. The bell would be rung as indicated below:

i) 15 minutes before commencement of the examination.
ii) at the commencement of the examination.
iii) 60 minutes after the commencement of the examination.
iv) when the time of the examination is over.
10. Filled in OMR Answer Sheet must be handed over to the Invigilator by 2:00 pm except the visually handicapped candidates who shall hand over the same at 2:30 pm.
11. Candidate should not take away the OMR Answer Sheet and Question Booklet with him/ her.
12. Read carefully the instructions mentioned on the cover pages of the question booklet, OMR Answer Sheet and on the back of the Answer Sheet (OMR).
13. No candidate is allowed to take the help of a scribe in the Examination Hall without prior permission from the Commission.
14. Smoking, taking tea / refreshment in the examination hall / room is prohibited.
15. Any Candidate found guilty of using unfair means of any nature in the examination hall / room shall be disqualified.
16. Each Candidate shall have to produce his / her Admit Card on demand by the Invigilator / Centre‐in‐Charge of the Centre any time during the examination.
17. The Candidate shall have to abide by any instruction that may be announced by the Centre‐in‐Charge / Invigilator in the examination hall / room.
18. No T.A./ D.A. will be paid to the Candidates.
19. Time of the Examination: 12:30 pm – 02:00 pm. and 12:30 pm – 02:30 pm (for VH candidate)
20. IMPORTANT:

1. Use Black Ink Ball Pen for writing Roll No., Booklet Serial No., etc. for answering questions in OMR Sheet.
2. Example for writing Roll No. using Black ink Ball Pen and shading the corresponding circles as in website.
3. Candidate shall only bring his/ her photo Identity & web enabled print copy of Admit Card with him/ her.

N.B. This instruction copy will not be allowed inside the examination hall.

How to download online admit card of WBCSSC Upper Primary TET 2015?

The Admit card for Upper Primary TET of WBSSC is available via online. Candidates should visit the admit downloading website to get admit card. your 16 Digit Application No and Your Date of Birth will be required at the time of Downloading Admit Card.

• Make Sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
• Take Print-out in portrait orientation and on A-4 size paper.
• Scale the percentage to print the admit card in a single A-4 paper .
• Please follow the Notice (Memo No - 1475/5278(III)/CSSC/ESTT/2015 dated : 24/07/2015) published in our official website for other relevant information regarding rectification, if any.
• If any discrepancy in Photograph is found, the Candidate is instructed to bring the Softcopy of the Proper Photograph with Signature in a virus free Pen drive/ CD and the print-out of the Admit Card with relevant documents from 27.07.2015 to 31.07.2015

When you have put your Info and clicked Submit. you will be shown a "Print Admit card" in green block box, click that icon to get your admit card, and take printout of your admit card in Single A4 Size Paper. While using Mozilla Firefox you can adjust the print scale % to fit the total content of admit card in single A4 size Paper. If any error found in Admit Card please contact WBCSSC Office in person.
