| 1. Before applying online, candidates are requested to deposit the fees (if applicable) in ANY BANK where Core Banking Facility exists. 2. Candidates have to pay examination fees through Challan which is available only in this website. Candidates are directed to deposit fees only through the GSF Challan and not through any other mode of payment. The portion marked as “GSF Copy’ in the Challan will be required to submit by the candidate along with hard copy of the application. 3. To download Challan for submission of fees.Click Here. |
| FILLING OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM |
| 1. Click on 'Apply Online' against the job to be applied for. 2. The star (*) marked fields are mandatory. 3. After successful filling up and submission of the form an auto-generated Application Form Number will appear. The candidates are requested to note down the Application Form Number for future requirements / reference. 4. Candidates have to upload his/her recent colour photograph (must be within 50 kB) and signature (must be within 20 kB) in jpeg format (extension .jpg only) while applying online. Click on “Print Application Form” to take print out of your application form. You will be re-directed to the page where you can upload your photograph & signature, if already not uploaded earlier. After uploading of Photograph & Signature, candidates can take print out of the application form. 5. Click on “Print Application Form” to take print out of your application form. Left thumb impression and signature of the candidate must be put at appropriate place mentioned in form. A passport sized photograph of applicant, which must be same as uploaded photograph, is required to affix at the appropriate place. 6. Last date for applying online is 03-Aug-2015(for NIE POSTS) & 10-Aug-2015 (for IE POSTS). Last date of receipt of application along with documents will be17-Aug-2015 (for NIE POSTS) & 24-Aug-2015 (for IE POSTS). | PRINTING AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION |
| The candidates are required to submit a hard copy of application along with self attested photocopies of certificates in support of their educational qualification, age proof, category and GSF copy of Challan (if applicable). Application Form Number and name of the post applied for must be written on the envelope. | Eligible candidates shall download their admit card which will be notified on the same website after the closing date for receipt of application. Related notification to this effect will be given in the same website. Hence, candidates are requested to check the website frequently. |
| OTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS |

1. Reference date for age and qualification eligibility will be the closing date of online application. Candidates should possess the required qualification of the post against which he/she is intending to apply on or before the date of closure of online registration. 2. Reservation for Persons with Disability (PWD):- Vacancies are reserved for Disabled (Physically Challenged) Persons as per government guidelines. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation in services/ posts who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability. A person who wants to avail the benefit of reservation will have to submit a Disability Certificate issued by Medical Board duly constituted by Central or State Government. The certificate should be dated on or before closing date. 4. For OBC Candidates:- Candidates claiming OBC status may note that certificate on creamy layer status should have been obtained within three years from the closing date for online application. 5. For Govt. Servants :- Relaxation to Govt. Servants will be applicable to those candidates who have completed 3 years of service as on closing date of online application. Candidates, who are working in Central/ State Govt. or PSU organization, have to submit NOC from the competent authority. 6. Candidates will be required to submit all the original documents related to age, educational qualifications, category, experience etc when they are asked to do so. 7. The documents are liable to be verified at any stage i.e. either before the written test or on the day of written test or on any subsequent date. 8. Any application submitted in hard copy without applying online will be summarily rejected. 9. Canvassing of any form will disqualify the candidates. 10. The servant, after appointment, are liable to be transferred to any other Ordnance Factories in India subject to exigencies. 11. The advertisement shall be subject to order /judgement, if any, by the Hon’ble Courts/Ministry of Defence / Ordnance Factory Board etc. |
