Important Details related to PG Admission :
- List of Study Centers Available in WBNSOU Official Website.
- Marks relaxation as per West Bengal Government rules is applicable for reserved category.
- Rs. 480/- (Registration Fee - Rs. 100, Identity Card Fee Rs. 100, Prospectus Fee - 150, Annual Development Fee (Recurring) 130/-) extra will be paid with respective Course Fee. Payment Charge (Bank Rs. 35/- or Online Charge will be extra)
- Candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility for the course (except zoology and geography) prior to payment from their selected study centers:

Master of Library & Information Science (MLISc) and Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLISc) are of 1 year duration (registration will be valid for 3 years). All Other Post Graduate courses are of 2 year duration (registration will be valid for 5 years).

Graduate (10+2+3) 45% in Hon’s Subjects for Hon’s Graduate, 50% in aggregate for
pass Graduates (10+2+3) having 3 subjects. For in-Service Candidates: Candidates having experience of working in a library or similar other organizations in a substantive post not below the category of clerical cadre in a Government organization or equivalent, for at least 3 years may be exempted from the requirement of the graduation level (10+2+3) for admission. Such candidates will have to submit No-objection certificate and a certificate stating the last pay drawn from his/her employer. |
