What you need before you start One Time Registration.

• Scanned Signature & Photo [Sized within 12 K.B Both in .jpg/.jpeg format].
• Educational Qualification Details
• Communication Details.
• Personal Particulars.
• Aadhaar No & EPIC (Voter ID) [Optional]

Attention : Some options in the application form Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, Caste/Category are not editable, so pay extra attention while entering this particulars.

How to Register for WBSSC One Time Registration :

Read the instructions over there.
when you are ready enough you may click on  Click Here for One Time Registration or Click On Register Now for the registration form to open. else you may do so by clicking the below link.

Now you should fill the Registration Form by Filling Personal Info, Contact Details, Educational Qualification Details. You Need upload your processed Photo & Signature .jpg/.jpeg files as per given instruction. You also need to set your Password for Login.

Please Note : Please use CAPITAL LETTERS/UPPER CASE filling form. In Case of Email ID registration you should use lower case/small letters.

Registration PART

#1) Filling Personal Info in WBSSC OTR

In the Personal Info Section you need to Put your Name, Father's Name, Mothers Name Separately (First, Middle, Last), Enter Your Date of Birth as Recorded in the Madhyamik (10th) Certificate as Madhyamik Certificate will be treated as per valid document at the time of document verification. Select your Gender. Select Nationality.

Now Choose your Caste Category (SC, ST, BC:A, BC:B, General) and Choose the State Name from where your Caste Certificate has been issued.

Persons with Disability (40% and above) can get some reservation & fee relaxasion, If you are PwD candidate then Select YES and Put Tick Mark on the Disability Type Such As 1) LV- Lower Vision, 2) HI - Hearing Impaired, 3) LMCP - Locomotor Disability or Cerebral Palsy.

If you are Exserviceman then Click Yes and you need to Tell your Length of Service (in years). If you are departmental candidate then choose yes.
Do belong to Minority Community ? if you do choose YES.

If you are a sports person then select YES and mention your Sports Name "Badminton, Basket ball, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Swimming, Table Tennis, Volley Ball, Tennis, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Boxing, Cycling, Gymnastics, Judo, Riffle Shooting, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Athletics[including Track and Field events]".

Now enter your Aadhaar Card No & EPIC (voter ID Card No) [This fields are optional]

#2) Filling Contact Details in WBSSC OTR

Choose your State > Enter Your Postal Address > Mobile No & Email Id [Email is Optional]

#3) Filling Educational Qualification

Choose your Highest Qualification and Enter Your Educational Qualification Details like Stream, Percentage of Marks, Year of Passing.

#4) Uploading Photograph & Signature

You should peocess your Photograph & Signature Separately with a size less than 12 K.B and the file extension should be .jpg/.jpeg. Now Click on Choose file Button and Brose the File and Click Open.

#5) Login Information : SET Password

Now you have to set password for your profile, Enter a strong password for your profile. This password will be required to log in in to your account.

Now Enter Security Code and Finally Click Submit to Proceed for Verification/Checking the data entered.

Verification/Checking Part

Your Entered Details will shown here now you should check. If Everything is fine, then you are good to go Click Confirm Button to Save your Data in to the SERVER.

You have successfully registered in West Bengal Staff Selection Commission and your Registration Id is 1000000168. You may log in using your registration id and password. to view and edit your profile please login.
